Michael E. Cranston, LCMFTMichael Cranston, LCMFT, CST, is a well respected Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist with the American Association of Sexual Educators, Counselors and Therapists.  Michael also has 29 years of having been certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, both in Kansas and nationally.  Michael’s knowledge and experience as a therapist in addictions and relationships has given him opportunities to be past president of the former Kansas Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors Association, Clinical Director for programs at the Central Kansas Foundation in Salina, Kansas and at Pawnee Mental Health Center in Manhattan, Kansas.  In 2002, he began teaching as an adjunct faculty member for Kansas Wesleyan University’s behavioral science department.  Michael began his therapy practice working in addictions in 1981; worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Addictions Counselor at Prairie View in Newton, Kansas for over 15 years.  Michael is a graduate of the Masters program for Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University, Wichita, Kansas.
Michael has openings for a select number of therapy and personal coaching clients for evening and weekend appointments on a private pay basis.  His rates for self paying clients make him affordable for most individuals and couples who understand the value of an experienced clinician in working through problems in a timely and caring manner.
