I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples explore and develop a safe, fulfilling sexual life. It is my belief that a healthy sexual life is the birthright of all human beings. In my work with clients I utilize a variety of approaches including the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and IFS concepts. I accept BCBS, Meritain, and Aetna insurance. I also offer discounts for Behavioral Health Professionals, First Responders and Military, both active and retired.

I am a LCFMT and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My work includes improving communication, desire differences, enhancing and revitalizing current sexual activity, as well as addressing problematic sexual behavior and partner support. I also see individuals and couples for a variety of behavioral health concerns. 


I have 29 years of having been certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, both in Kansas and nationally. I have provided administrative and clinical supervision for Inpatient, Residential, and Outpatient facilities. I tought as an adjunct faculty member for Kansas Wesleyan University’s behavioral science department. I'm a graduate of the Masters program for Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University, Wichita, Kansas.


I'm an avid reader, home landscaper, and foodie.

I'm an IFS Certified Therapist and IFS-I Approved Clinical Consultant. My work is to help you access your own internal resources for health, healing and authentic connection.  I appreciate the collaboration that comes from an honest hardworking relationship with people who are courageous enough to look at themselves and their relationships with fresh eyes, curious minds, and open hearts.  I am honored to be a resource, guide, and compassionate questioner.

I am a LSCSW, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified IFS Level Two therapist and IFS-I Clinical Consultant. I am experienced in treating a variety of issues that come with living as an adult in the world, such as depression, anxiety, and loss. I specialize in individuals and couples' sexual concerns, relationship issues, and gaining peace with internal conflicts and burdens.  I have been in continuous IFS consultation since 2019, including participation in Chris Burris' "Creating Healing Circles", IFS Level 2 training on Deepening and Expanding and Shame, Anxiety and Depression. 

Senior Lead IFS Trainer Chris Burris described Margaret as "A Gifted Healer." 


I earned my MSW from University of Kansas School of Social Welfare and her BSW is from Wichita State University. I have acted as a program assistant for Internal Family System training. I have also presented at the AASECT National Conference and am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).  

I presented in 2023 at the Florence Crittenton Annual Conference on Internal Family Systems: Treating Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma Through Internal Parts Work. 

I'm a mother and step mother of 3 wonderful grownups and live with Michael and our two dogs.
