CREDENTIALS
I am a LCFMT and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My work includes improving communication, desire differences, enhancing and revitalizing current sexual activity, as well as addressing problematic sexual behavior and partner support. I also see individuals and couples for a variety of behavioral health concerns.
HISTORY
I have 29 years of having been certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, both in Kansas and nationally. I have provided administrative and clinical supervision for Inpatient, Residential, and Outpatient facilities. I tought as an adjunct faculty member for Kansas Wesleyan University’s behavioral science department. I'm a graduate of the Masters program for Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University, Wichita, Kansas.
I'm an avid reader, home landscaper, and foodie.

I am a LSCSW, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified IFS Level 3 therapist and IFS-I Clinical Consultant. I am experienced in treating a variety of issues that come with living as an adult in the world, such as depression, anxiety, and loss. I specialize in individuals and couples' sexual concerns, relationship issues, and gaining peace with internal conflicts and burdens.
Senior Lead IFS Trainer Chris Burris described Margaret as "A Gifted Healer."
HISTORY
Margaret received her MSW from University of Kansas School of Social Welfare and her BSW from Wichita State University. She has acted as a program assistant for Internal Family System training. She has presented at the AASECT National Conference and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
In 2023 she was the featured speaker at the Florence Crittenton Annual Conference on Internal Family Systems: Treating Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma Through Internal Parts Work.
Margaret is the mother and step mother of 3 wonderful grownups and lives with Michael and their two dogs.
